PINK ELITE Yorkville Launch
We're thrilled to bring our PINK ELITE Club Programming to Yorkville and surrounding suburbs for players from 3rd-8th grade. One of our current PINK ELITE Coaches, TJ Hodges, will be launching that programming which will work directly with our Plainfield location programming.
What makes our PINK ELITE Club unique?!?!
We are an all-inclusive program combining individual skill work, team philosophies, and game play guided by professional paid coaches. Practices are just as important as the game experiences. We are a program focused on the fundamental development of each of our athletes. Attention is given to all the building blocks of the game- proper shooting form and footwork, offensive moves, advanced ballhandling, fundamentally sound man to man defensive principles, and motion offense principles. In addition, we integrate fitness training to help build well rounded athletes to build on basketball performance and avoid injury. Our ultimate goal is to provide an opportunity for each of our athletes to develop and grow in their games to create further opportunities to play at the next level.
YORKVILLE Season Details
- Season Length- February 8- March 23 (7 Weeks)
- 2-90 minute Practices each week
- 2- Fitness Training Sessions each week
- 4- One Day tournaments or Games (Saturday or Sunday)
- Games may be in Chicago Suburbs or due to Covid could be in a bordering state up to 90 minutes
- 10 players maximum per team
- All teams coached by PINK ELITE professional coaches not volunteer parents and overseen by PINK ELITE Directors.
- All Trainings take place at Yorkville Christian High School- 2001 Whitekirk Lane, Yorkville IL 60560
- 3-8th Grade will be evaluated and teams created within each level based on being prepared for "Club Level"
- This season will be used to prepare for our longer, more traditional, spring season where our ELITE level teams will be participating in USJN and National tournaments and our developing club teams will be participating in Club Leagues, April- mid June.

NEW Player Evaluation Day
All Evaluations, both Plainfield and Yorkville campus, will be together.
All New players to PINK ELITE Club Basketball or those not currently participating in Fall/Winter 2020 season must attend Evaluation Day.
Saturday, January 23- Yorkville Christian High School
3-5th Grade- 5:00-6:00pm
6-8th Grade- 6:30-8:00pm
Evaluation Day Cost- $25 (will go towards Program Fee)

COVID Adjustments
- Safety of each athlete, family member and coach will be at forefront of each session. See our COVID 19 Policy and Safety Measures.
- Currently all athletes are participating in masks, however as the Illinois State Guidelines progress we will as well allowing each family to make the best choice for their families.
- Due to fluidity of situation we will make decisions as we know more about communities safety needs.
- Until Illinois fully opens back up games may be scheduled in bordering states approximately 90 minutes away.
- In the event of government shutdown remaining monthly payments would be suspended.
Evolution Program
What is our Evolution Program about?
This program is intended to bridge the gap between in-house recreational leagues and competitive club level basketball. Practices are in a team setting and focused 100% on skill development to help players prepare for the next level of competitive basketball. Our primary goal is to prepare each player for the next level of club through team oriented practices based on fundamentals while providing a fun learning environment.
Eligible players are 3rd-5th graders.
Evolution Season- Late Winter 2021
- Season Length- February 8- March 23
- 2-90 minute Practices each week
- 2- Fitness Training Sessions each week
- Last 20 minutes of each Practice will be Game Scrimmage

PINK ELITE Club Standards:
- Prepare players for Middle School and High School Basketball and beyond.
- Develop fundamentally sound players in shooting mechanics and footwork, offensive moves attacking the basket, and dribbling control.
- Teach basketball IQ through motion offenses, spacing, and team philosophies.
- Each player will receive adequate playing opportunities.
- Positive instructional environment with focus on team camaraderie.
- Paid Coaches, not volunteer parents, that deeply care and invest in each athlete in the program.
- Focus on individual Fitness through weekly Fitness training sessions.
We strive to build a program that teaches the fundamentals of the game and higher level skills while providing ample opportunity to play, play, play!
