Evolution Program
What is our Evolution Program about?
This program is intended to bridge the gap between in-house recreational leagues and competitive club level basketball. Practices are in a team setting and focused 100% on skill development to help players prepare for the next level of competitive basketball. Players also deepen their understanding of the game and basketball IQ in team concepts to prepare for the club level jump. Our primary goal is to prepare each player for the next level of club through team oriented practices based on fundamentals while providing a fun learning environment.
Eligible players are 3rd-5th graders.

What fundamental skills should my baller have down to be prepared for the Evolution Team level?
- Understand and can shoot with proper shooting form
- Shooting at 10 foot hoop with correct shooting form
- Dominant hand layups
- Basic ball handling abilities with both hands
- Demonstrates understanding of offense and defensive principles
- Assertive and aggressive enough to get involved in game play

Registration and Tryout with ALL PINK ELITE Club Level
Plainfield Campus- Community Sportsplex, 24035 W. Riverwalk Court, Plainfield 60544
February 12th and 13th:
- 6th Grade- 4:30-5:45pm
- 7th Grade- 6:00-7:15pm
- 8th Grade- 7:30-9:00pm
February 19th and 20th:
- 3rd-4th Grade -5:00-6:30pm
- 5th Grade- 7:00-8:30pm
**All Players Must attend the 2 Day Tryout
Tryout Fee- $25
Evolution Season- Spring 2024
- Season Length- April 1- June 2
- 2- Training Sessions each week
- Team Practices (120 min)
- Location- Community Sportsplex Plainfield and/or Grande Reserve Elementary
- 3-Local Tournaments-
- Saturday, May 11
- Sunday, May 5 and 19
Evolution Program Cost= $625
Required Gear- Reversible Practice Jersey with Jersey # and Custom PINK ELITE Backpack- $115

What makes our PINK ELITE Club unique?!?!
We are an all-inclusive program combining individual skill work, team philosophies, and game play guided by professional paid coaches. Practices are just as important as the game experiences. We are a program focused on the fundamental development of each of our athletes. Attention is given to all the building blocks of the game- proper shooting form and footwork, offensive moves, advanced ballhandling, fundamentally sound man to man defensive principles, and motion offense principles. In addition, we integrate fitness training to help build well rounded athletes to build on basketball performance and avoid injury. Our ultimate goal is to provide an opportunity for each of our athletes to develop and grow in their games to create further opportunities to play at the next level.
