Why Pinkalicious and PINK ELITE Basketball In-House League???
How does this differ from other recreational leagues?
Girls get skill instruction from a coach with 25+ years of coaching experience of varied skill levels from 4 year old basics to HS varsity. In addition, Coach Herron has Division 1 playing experience and knowledge of progression, breaking down skills to appropriate levels. Most recreational leagues offer volunteer coaches that have varied levels of experience and limited knowledge of developmental abilities to break down skills for youth levels. Furthermore, an "all girls league" allows young girls to build camaraderie and confidence, as well as see basketball is a game for girls too!

How to sign up for an Instructional League:
1. Grade/Skill level- select what's the best fit for your baller
Ex: 2nd graders that are newer to the game of basketball and/or haven't participated in OUR programs before would fit best in the Level 1 division.
Returning Players- if you're unsure if you should stay or move up Levels please e-mail Coach Chelsea.
2. Add Additional Skill Training- Advanced Skills Camp
Do you want to add on an extra day of fundamental skill work for your baller with a smaller coach/player ratio? Add on our "Advanced Skills Camp" for your adjoining skill level.
Level 5- We will be adding on an option for this as well prior to the session beginning on Wednesdays (in Plainfield)
3. Reversible Pinkalicious or PINK ELITE Jersey
IF you have not participated with us in a "League" previously. (If you're moving up to PINK ELITE from Pinkalicious it's up to you if you would like a new jersey and it can be added on at your League purchase)
Size recommendation- Jerseys run true to size... size up if there's any question
4. Parent Volunteer Coach - LEVEL 1 and 2 ONLY

Why should you register for the "Advanced Skills Camp" too?
It provides your daughter an opportunity to really develop more fundamental skills through additional skill practice. This is where we can break down each skill to smaller steps to improve understanding and then take each skill to a step further from the regular camp time. If your daughter is really starting to love the game of basketball, then this is the place to go to help take her game to the next level! Smaller coach/player ratios allow for more repetitions and skill work as well in the ASC setting.
How teams are assigned?
Every effort will be made to make teams as even as possible to allow each player a chance to flourish with their experience at Pinkalicious and PINK ELITE Basketball. In addition we try to pair players from the same school together to allow players to gain experience with players they'll continue to play with. If there is a group of players that would like to be paired together or a "team" of 10 with volunteer coaches already established we will do our best to fulfill requests to the best of our ability.
Required equipment: Bring a basketball (1st-3rd- 27.5", 4th- 8th- 28.5") to each session, wear black or grey athletic shorts, and wear League jersey (purchased with registration for new "League" players).
